Resumo

L’articolo si interroga sulla possibilità, per le democrazie costituzionali europee, di adottare discipline giuridiche restrittive nei confronti dei “partiti a orientamento religioso”, o di partiti laici che ricorrono ad argomenti religiosi in funzione di mobilitazione ideologica, posto il carattere fondamentale della libertà di espressione e di associazione politica in un contesto segnato dal principio democratico e da quello del pluralismo.
