Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The contribution is original and unpublished, and is not under review elsewhere. Exceptional cases must be justified in the field "Comments to the editor".
  • The submission file is in PDF format
  • The article contains title, abstract and keywords in English and in the article's language (if not english)
  • The text is written and formatted according to the style and bibliography requirements described in the Author guidelines (in the section About the journal).
  • In the case of submissions to a peer-reviewed section (e.g. articles), instructions available in Ensuring blind peer-review were followed.

Author Guidelines

Manuscripts submitted to IJCThink must follow the guidelines below:

1 - Work must be original and must not be under review elsewhere. Work presented in events (conferences, symposia, seminars...) may be accepted as long as they were not published in full in the event's proceedings; and the organizing entity of the event gives written permission when this is a condition stated in the event regulations. Other terms and conditions especially defined by the associate editors of the journal may also apply.

2 - Articles may be written in English, Portuguese or Spanish. All must contain title, abstract and keywords in English and in the article's language (if not English). Articles must have between 10 and 20 pages and be formatted according the IJCThink template, even for the first submission.

3 - Files containing submitted work must be in PDF format.

4 - References must follow the norms of APA (American Psychological Association).

5 - Authors are entirely responsible for opinions emitted in the articles, as well as accuracy and adequacy of references.
