This article's aim is to present a research on statistical data collection and further insertion in a Smart System, having as a main objective to improve the goals for the Health Basic Units in the Ibiapaba Hill Region (Ceará) according to the health indicators established by the Better Access and Quality to Basic Care Program (PMAQ). Another objective is to further test the feasibility of using a global search heuristics, the metaheuristics of the Genetic Algorithm.
