Taking into account the identification tools and the indiscriminated
forms of use of the special vacancies, the proposed project is prepared to
perform a mechanism to control and manage the special vacancies, verifying
real users of these places. This is done through an RFID reader that will read
a card and check if the parked vehicle is really a user of that space. If an
inappropriate use is found, a message will be sent to the control center and a
beep will be issued to warn the driver in question. In this way the rights that
are assigned to persons with reduced mobility will be guaranteed to them. The
prototype was developed and is undergoing improvement.
