In this paper is presented the Web 2.0 project, which aims to develop
the learning process of digital natives (children and adolescents who are part
of a generation that dominates the Technologies), so as not to be just users of
technological tools, but to make the capable of creating them, solving day-today
problems through and use existing types of technology rationally,efective
and meaningful.
