Abstract. Water is fundamental to existence of all living beings, but the lack of awareness in the use of water resources has degraded it, causing water pollution and scarcity. The objective is to develop an online social network that gather data, through denunciations and user interactions, that can be used to rate the quality of water bodies. It is hoped to provide a system that enables community participation in the waters resources data collection, providing elements to assist in decision making concerning water management measures.
