ABSTRACT
Dinobase is a game for learning mathematical concepts of exponentiation,
specifically the base three. It implements positive discrimination
concepts for children from eight to ten years old. Dinobase
version 2.0 implemented a virtual opponent that allowed the gameplay
to be adapted according to the player’s skills. The evaluation
of the game with disabled children and without disabilities pointed
out several improvements that were implemented in a new version,
which is presented in this article. As a result, it was obtained a game
that serves its target audience with different levels of skills, keeping
the game competitive, stimulating children while providing
knowledge.
