New techniques of remote health monitoring in real time are becoming quite popular due to the advantages they bring to both the health system and the patient, especially the elderly. However, devices such technology to present high cost, in addition to acting as routers only information to a medical center. Given this context, this paper proposes a control technique for Embedded Systems (ES) focusing on monitoring of vital signs, comprising transmitting data to a server application and sending emergency alert or a mobile device in real time. The proposal seeks to address the problem differently, adding to the technical features configurable and low cost.
