As questões relativas aos direitos das minorias se tornaram de importância internacional e estão no centro de muitos debates acadêmicos, legais e políticos. As reivindicações por identidade de grupos minoritários foram reconhecidas e consideradas dignas de proteção. É importante notar que, mesmo hoje em dia, as questões que envolvem minorias tendem a ocasionar ansiedade entre as pessoas e os Estados. Portanto, é necessário possuir um entendimento jurisprudencial dos direitos das minorias. Isso nos permitirá possuir clareza sobre questões da natureza dos direitos das minorias e sobre os vários desafios que envolvem esses direitos. O artigo analisou reivindicações e direitos das minorias do ponto de vista do direito internacional e dos direitos humanos, traçando a progressão histórica dos direitos das minorias. Além disso, estudou as questões atuais da inter-relação entre direitos das minorias e refugiados e migrantes. Também examinou as crescentes demandas pela inclusão de várias categorias, como gênero e crianças, no regime de direitos das minorias.

Não há cobrança de taxas aos autores para cadastro, submissão, processamento e/ou publicação dos artigos.
As publicações dar-se-ão até o último dia dos meses de abril, agosto e dezembro de cada ano. A revista estimula os debates críticos e éticos sobre assuntos relacionados aos temas “Constitucionalismo e Produção do Direito”, “Direito, Jurisdição e Inteligência Artificial” e “Direito Ambiental, Transnacionalidade e Sustentabilidade”, que compõem a linha editorial da revista.
O título abreviado da revista é RDP, o qual deve ser usado em bibliografias, notas de rodapé, referências e legendas bibliográficas.
